Industrial Explosion Proof Oil Immersion Heater is a durable and efficient solution for direct heating of liquids, oils, and viscous fluids. Installed directly into tanks, it ensures heat transfer and precise temperature control.

Certified to ATEX and IECEx standards (Exd, Exe, IIC Gb, T1-T6), it is suitable for Zone 1 & 2 hazardous environments. With an IP66 rating, it resists dust and water ingress, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions.

Constructed from premium materials like Inconel 600, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Stainless Steel (304, 321, 310S, 316L), the heater offers corrosion and high-temperature resistance. NiCr 80/20 heating wires in single or double coils ensure efficient heat distribution.

The hair-pin element design allows easy maintenance, with Bite-Coupling or Direct Welding for offline element replacement. Advanced safety features include over-temperature protection via PT100, Thermocouples, or thermostats on the element, flange, and terminal box.

Designed to meet ASME code and international standards, this heater supports cyclic and continuous operation. Its flanged connection simplifies installation and maintenance, while its explosion-proof design ensures safe performance.

With scalability up to 2000KW-3000KW and a voltage of 690VAC, it is ideal for applications such as lubricating oil heaters, heat transfer oil systems, process water heating, and motor anticondensation heaters. Efficient, reliable, and robust, it excels in industrial process heating and tank heating applications.
