380V 45KW Industrial Explosion Proof Immersion Heater is a robust, high-performance solution for direct heating of liquids, oils, and viscous fluids in demanding industrial environments. Certified to ATEX and IECEx standards (Exd, Exe, IIC Gb, T1-T6), it is designed for safe operation in hazardous areas, including Zone 1 & 2 applications. With an IP66 ingress protection rating, it ensures durability against dust and water exposure.
Constructed from premium materials such as Inconel 600, Incoloy 800/825/840, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Stainless Steel (304, 321, 310S, 316L), the heater offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. The NiCr 80/20 heating wires, available in single or double coil configurations, provide efficient and consistent heat transfer.
The hair-pin element design supports easy maintenance, with options for Bite-Coupling or Direct Welding, allowing offline replacement of individual elements. Advanced safety features include over-temperature protection on the heating element, flange, and terminal box, utilizing PT100, Thermocouples, or thermostats to prevent overheating.
Designed to meet ASME code and other international standards, this heater is built for reliable performance in both cyclic and continuous operation. Its flanged connection ensures straightforward installation and maintenance, while its explosion-proof construction guarantees safe operation in challenging environments.
