Featuring NiCr 80/20 heating wires in single or double coils, it ensures efficient heat transfer. The hair-pin element design supports easy maintenance, with options for Bite-Coupling or Direct Welding for offline element replacement.
Advanced safety features include over-temperature protection via PT100, Thermocouples, or thermostats on the element, flange, and terminal box.
