Constructed from premium materials such as Inconel 600/625, Incoloy 800/825/840, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Stainless Steel (304, 321, 310S, 316L), the heating elements provide exceptional resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. The design complies with ASME code and other international standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
Advanced safety features include over-temperature protection on the heating element, flange, and terminal box, utilizing PT100, Thermocouples, or thermostats. The flanged connection allows for easy installation and maintenance, while its robust design supports both cyclic and continuous operation.
