Easy Installation Flange Immersion Heater is a robust and efficient solution designed for reliable heating in industrial applications. Featuring explosion-proof construction (II2G Ex db IIC T1…T6 Gb), it ensures safe operation in hazardous environments, while its IP65-rated junction box provides protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -60°C to +60°C.
Constructed with high-quality materials such as AISI 321, AISI 316, Incoloy 800, and Inconel 625, the heater offers resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. For higher wattage requirements, multiple rows of elements are used to ensure uniform heat distribution. The flange-mounted design includes a removable standpipe, enabling quick and hassle-free installation and maintenance.
